These terms are the agreement between you and FrameNine AI. By using the app you accept them. Please read the sections on credits, subscriptions, and what the designs are for.
The service
FrameNine AI restyles a photograph of a room, a building or a garden using an image-generation model. You choose a tool, supply a photo and some preferences, and we return one or nine generated images.
The app is provided by Nima Sanjabi Malayeri, Doctor Bove, 160, puerta 3, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: framenineai.support@gmail.com.
You must be at least 14 to use the app. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian to buy a subscription.
Designs are illustrations, not plans
Every image the app produces is generated by an AI model. It is an impression of how a space could look - not a survey, a floor plan, a structural proposal or a quotation.
Generated images often get details wrong: dimensions, materials, fittings, lighting and the position of things. Do not rely on one to order materials, instruct a builder, or make any decision that is costly to reverse. Always check with a qualified professional.
Your photos, and what you may upload
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to process your photo, send it to our providers to be screened and restyled, and return the result to you.
You must have the right to use every photo you upload. Do not upload:
- photographs of someone else's property without their permission;
- photographs whose main subject is a person, and in particular any identifiable child;
- sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content;
- anything you do not hold the copyright or a licence to use.
The designs you generate
As between you and us, the images you generate are yours to use, personally or commercially.
Two limits we cannot waive: generated images are also subject to the terms of the model provider that produces them, and the same request can produce a similar result for someone else, so we cannot promise a design is unique or can be protected as your own work.
Credits
The app runs on credits. The cost of each job is shown before you start it: one design costs 1 credit, a set of nine designs costs 3, and a set of nine in nine different styles costs 4. A new installation receives a small number of free credits to try the app.
If a job fails and produces nothing, or is refused by the content screening, its credits are returned automatically. If a set of nine partly succeeds, it is charged, because the images that succeeded were generated.
Credits are a licence to use the service. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money, and are not a payment instrument.
Subscriptions
Two plans are offered. They belong to one group, so you hold only one at a time:
- Pro Weekly - billed every week, with 30 credits each week.
- Pro Quarterly - billed every three months, with 150 credits each month.
How subscription credits work
Credits are granted at the start of each credit period: each week on Pro Weekly, each month on Pro Quarterly.
When a new period starts, unused credits up to one period's allowance (30 on Pro Weekly, 150 on Pro Quarterly) carry over and the new allowance is added; any unused credits above that expire. Any free credits you still hold count towards this limit.
If you move from Pro Weekly to Pro Quarterly, the change takes effect immediately: the store charges the new plan (and may refund the unused part of the old one), your remaining credits are kept, and the first 150 credits of the new plan are added at once.
If you move from Pro Quarterly to Pro Weekly, the change takes effect when your current three-month period ends; until then nothing changes. At that point all your unused Pro Quarterly credits become kept credits: they do not expire, including after your subscription ends, and stay until you use them. Your weekly credits are added on top and are used before kept credits.
When your subscription ends, all credits other than kept credits expire.
Billing, renewal and cancellation
The price, billing period and credit allowance are shown on the purchase screen before you buy. Payment is charged by Apple or Google to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
A subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your store account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the billing period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
On a new installation, signed in to the same store account, use Restore purchases (in the You screen or on the subscription screen) to get your subscription back.
Refunds and your right to withdraw
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own policy, and we cannot issue one directly. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from Google Play in your order history. If something has gone wrong, write to us too - we can usually see what happened and can often put it right with credits.
If a payment is refunded or reversed, the credits it granted that you still hold are removed. A refund the store issues for the old plan when you move from Pro Weekly to Pro Quarterly does not remove anything.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. By asking for the service to start immediately when you subscribe, you agree that it begins at once, and you lose that right for the part you have already used. Your other statutory rights are not affected.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app to create content that is sexual, hateful, deceptive or illegal;
- attempt to get around the content screening, or reset the app repeatedly to obtain free credits;
- reverse engineer, scrape or interfere with the service, or place automated load on it;
- resell access to the app or present its output as another product's.
Moderation and suspension
Photos are screened automatically before they are processed, and a job may be refused; its credits are then returned. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, and will tell you why if you contact us.
Your designs are stored on your device
Finished designs are saved on your phone, not on our servers. We do not back them up and cannot recover them. Uninstalling the app or using Delete my data deletes them. If a design matters to you, save it to your photo library.
Availability and changes
The app depends on services we do not control, and image generation can be slow, temporarily unavailable or refused. We do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features; if a change materially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, you may cancel it and ask the store for a refund of the unused period.
Liability
We provide the app with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost designs, or for decisions made on the basis of a generated image.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we will tell you in the app about any material change. If you do not agree, you may stop using the app and cancel your subscription; continuing to use it means you accept the new version.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
Please write to us first; most problems are solved in an email.
Apple and Google
This agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple or Google. We, not they, are responsible for the app, its content, support and maintenance, and for any claim about it, including product-liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal requirements, consumer-protection or privacy claims, and claims that it infringes someone's intellectual property.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the rules of the store you got it from.
