If your question is about credits, a purchase or your data, include your User ID: open the You screen in the app, tap User ID and copy it. There is no account, so the User ID is the only way we can find your records.

Restoring a subscription

On a new installation, signed in to the same Apple or Google account you subscribed with, open the You screen (or the subscription screen) and tap Restore purchases. Your subscription and its credits come back. Free credits cannot be restored.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by the store, not by the app. On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > FrameNine AI > Cancel Subscription. On Android: Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period to avoid the next charge. You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, your plan's credits expire, except credits kept from Pro Quarterly when you moved to Pro Weekly: those stay until you use them. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or from Google Play in your order history. If something went wrong, write to us too: we can often put it right with credits.

A job failed or a photo was refused

If a job fails and produces nothing, or a photo is refused by the content screening, its credits are returned automatically. If you think a photo was refused wrongly, email us your User ID and a person will look at it.

Deleting your data

Delete my data in the You screen removes your designs, your session and your free credits from your phone. To have our server records erased too, email us your User ID before you tap Delete my data, because it gives you a new one. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Your designs

Designs are saved on your phone only. We cannot see or recover them. Save the ones that matter to your photo library.
